A small addendum to my above comment. My assessment may appear to be overly critical of herbs and their potential use in medicine. There are many herbs out there that do indeed provide significant health benefit and are generally just as safe/useful/effective as prescription meds (maybe even more so in some cases). However, the use of even the best herbs will still cause unintended side effects as well as potentially harmful herb/drug and herb/food interactions and should be used with caution as well as discussed with your physician.
Herbs without significant scientific studies to prove their safety and effectiveness (such as addieup) should be avoided (or at least used with caution and only if better treatment alternatives are unavailable) until such studies are available.
