Okay, so I needed yet another problem, evidently. My thyroid gland has become lazy. Now I’m on thyroid meds. Oh, funsies.  Anyway, is there any link between thyroid function and ADHD symptoms getting worse? Or is this all an age thing?

I’m just saying, there really should be a warning label on that 40th birthday cake.  And 41. 39, wouldn’t hurt, either.

@Geoduck, there sure is a link between ADHD symptoms and thyroid issues!

@Rick has mentioned it before.  I seem to recall something about it in the Videos section.

Given your age (OUR age), those worsening ADHD symptoms could also be due to the hormonal storms of peri-menopause…which will be followed by the even more “fun” hormonal storms of menopause.

(I believe the expression rhymes with, “Clucking bell”….)

I think I’m going to be a cat, in my next life.  A spayed cat.
