    I’m looking for people who have had success without using medication what practices and results you’ve seen.

    I realize some people do need meds and can benefit from them, but I am just looking for non-med success stories. Thanks.

    Hi Sugar S……..there are a ton of threads on this site with discussions on non-med work folks are doing and the benefits derived. Diet, regular rigorous exercise, talk therapy, meditation, management tips……suggested books, to read that will assist you in gaining understanding, which is also very powerful.

    Have a tour……some folks have great success without meds……others find the leg-up Rx provides to be quite beneficial.
