Looking for adult ADHD support groups in San Antonio, TX.

I am not finding any support groups in San Antonio for adult ADHD.  Can someone help me?

Hi @pjwredhead.

I’m in Canada so can’t really answer your question. But  adult ADHD support groups seem to be pretty scarce, no matter where you are. Maybe someone will be able to tell you if there is one near you.

In the meantime, make use of the forum here. It’s kind of like a virtual support group. You can post questions or just chat about life in general, either in the public forum or by private message, if you prefer.
