    Hi everyone!

    Was just wondering if anyone out there has any recomendations for a doctor in Ottawa and if any of you are aware of any adult ad/hd support groups in the Ottawa area? I’m 99.9% positive that I have ad/hd and have suspected it for a few years now and am finally ready to seek diagnosis but am feeling more than a bit overwhelmed. Thanks!
