    Mindfulness is something I need to practice in order to heal and find peace in my life.  I realize how much I have to benefit from learning to live my life mindfully/deliberately/with awareness.

    I have found when I self-medicate with marijuana, I feel it becomes easier for me to connect with my body and I find it motivates and deepens my yoga practice.

    I would assume mindfulness is as important of a skill for recovering ADDers as it is for any human being trying to improve their emotional and mental health.

    As a person who contemplates the possibility of exploring prescribed ADD medication as an alternative to weed, I am wondering if anyone has found their mindfulness practice has been enhanced through the use of medication??
