Hello all. I talked to my doctor about that burst of anxiety I get before I go to sleep. They prescribed me Mirtazapine, no cost for low-income. I get a doze of 15mg, but this was too much. So, I cut it in half. It works wonders. I get to sleep much sooner and the quality of sleep is much better as well.
I highly recommend this to anyone else. If you are using it, post here.
