Look–I understand ADD is caused by an inactive prefrontal cortex, and was wondering if others have found success, as he has described, within his book I’m reading? Me, I space out, and in high school, I washed dishes for four hours where it took others a half-hour–is there any way to fix my mind, at least so I can function, and not space out wo terribly? This has ruined my life!
