    I just started concerta again today. I’m starting off at 18mg and working up from there. I have one burning question though, has anyone taken meds while either trying to get pregnant or while pregnant. My husband and I are going to be actively trying again this May. And once you had the baby did you continue with meds while breastfeeding? I hope there’s someone out there who can help me out. Thanks a lot.

    There isn’t much research on this so generally, the advice is to avoid meds while both pregnant and breastfeeding, but some people do stay on meds under the supervision of their doctor if the risks of going off are worse than the risks.
