Interesting thread……I understand that testosterone is responsible for a lot of “being present” in life in both males and females. Nobody tells people that they should have their levels checked in adulthood and monitor them from time top time as age progresses to ensure they are operating at their peak.

Exercise regular and vigorous helps maintain testosterone levels, which tends to keep a person in a more elevated state of presence in life. Like many things to do with aging… people either don’t know or don’t share…..men may be the worst at this…….maybe???

My thyroid just gave up suddenly at about 47……..damn near died, it is fatal if not attended too. My doc told me I was just stressed take some time off. If I hadn’t gone back and pushed him I could have been in a lot of trouble…..but it’s stable today and I’m easily regulated. Healthy, happy and good to go!!!! T level is more than good!

Life is “pedal down”……..going hard…. and lovin’ it!!! Wooohooo…..
