I guess this is more of a question for the good Doctor. Does anyone know which of the second-line medications are the most effective? I tend to get distracted extremely easily. I have really noticed it lately, especially after trying all of the first line medications available in Canada. Right now on on the tail end of maximum dose my doctor will subscribe of Adderall. I found that Vyvanse helped me the most but not much. The big thing I found from Vyvanse and Adderall, especially Vyvanse is the mood improvement. It makes a “major” difference. Kind of like the big room of emotion I’m in and don’t know where to stand has been reduced to a shower stall and is no longer a gymnasium ( I’m not exaggerating, it is that big of a difference ). It’s kind of weird but I have had no side-effects with Vyvanse or Adderall except a ringing in my ears from the Adderall, no biggy. Concerta just gave me an upset stomach. Strattara worked really really well, it took a bout a week to kick in. After 3 days of working incredibly well turn into Mr. Hyde and I started to argue with everyone about absolutely nothing, I was completely out of sorts. I told my Doctor that it made me require a jacket with really long sleeves.
Thanks you for taking to time to read this,
John
