    I got testing done for ADD two days ago. I find the results out tomorrow.

    I’m nervous. The test was…weird. I didn’t really see how it could tell if I was ADD, and now I’m worried that it’ll show that I’m not, even if I am.

    Don’t know what I’m looking for here. Just talking, I guess.

    Well, the doc says I don’t have ADD. I have a lot of inattentive symptoms, but she thinks they’re because I’m depressed.

    I think I’m still gonna hang out around here every so often because you all have great coping skills I can use!

    That’s very interesting. My doctor was able to give me a diagnosis during my initial visit, just by talking about my current situation and my past.

    Was the doctor an ADHD specialist or just a general practitioner? I went to doctor after doctor for depression and it was not until I saw one who specialized in ADHD did we finally realize the cause of my depression. Trust me, the treatment I was receiving prior to the correct diagnosis did not help one bit!

    This was a psychologist. She did add Wellbutrin to my Prozac, and I’m hopeful, since it can treat ADD symptoms. We’ll see!
