A un- named insurance company has been giving us the run around regarding my ADD percription for 5 months now.
They have covered it for a year and then no more.
We have spent lots of time on the phone , your covered then not covered , they lost our receipts .
My wife went on Facebook and posted on there page .wow feed back withing minutes .
Actully called us back and got our side of the story , promised to get back to us within 15 days .
Personally i don’t like facebook but it does work if you have legitimate issues with a company or you think a company Deserves praise .
