Tired on Vyvanse

Has anyone else experienced being really tired in the afternoon on Vyvanse? I take 40 mg around 8 am and start feeling very tired around 1 pm. I sleep 8 hours. I have an appointment with my Dr in a couple of days, so I haven’t called him. I’m curious about the solution. It certainly removes the fog in the morning and helps me focus.

It can do this. Try taking it at night before bed. If you are going to be tired, may as well be sleeping. Some people just feel that way. Discuss this with your doctor.
