hi the psychiatrists that are hear are mostly by referral. the good news your family doctor can refer you to a doctor. then they will have to refer you to the saint boniface psyc department for the testing or find a psychogist . these are I think in private practice , so you will have to pay for the test. I found this info at the Manitoba learning disibilitys accocation .I know a little late but still I hope it helps. they also have a support group that meets once a month.
