Why waste precious time struggling alone? If you have questions, concerns about cost, or simply never thought an ADD Coach could be valuable, this video will show you the magic of having a partner who gets ADD and can help you get—and stay—on track.

Why coaching? Because ADD causes problems with what’s called Executive Function, which makes things like planning, organizing, prioritizing, tracking progress, finishing and managing time super challenging. ADD Coaches? They’re specifically trained to help you with Executive Function. It’s like getting a second brain custom designed to help you flourish!

  • Get answers to questions about the how and why of finding a coach and working with them.
  • Understand the crucial differences between coaching and doctors, therapists and support groups.
  • Learn how the right coach can help you generate the results you want by overcoming the hidden saboteurs that can plague your progress.

Impatient with the progress you’re making (or not making) on your own? It’s time to consider an ADD Coach.

I just bought and downloaded the new video called, “ADD & Coaching: You Don’t Have To Go It Alone” from TotallyADD.

If you are a person who doesn’t know what an ADHD coach is, needs an ADHD coach, or is even just curious about what Rick is saying while he fidgets with his rubber band, than you could not find a better more easy to understand and entertaining way to learn.

Rick stays in character the entire time as a man who has no answers. While his desire to learn is sincere, he is full of questions doubt and skepticism.

As the program unfolds The simplicity of it manages to permeate the walls of his skull and finally enters his brain. It was a very happy ending.

Having been a writer and podcaster in the ADHD community for over three years I have to say I learned a lot about what coaches do and how they impact the lives of their clients.

The video is as professionally done as any I have ever seen. It was an all star cast of some of the biggest and brightest, and while they were all direct and to the point, Rick’s comic relief constantly breaking in makes this totally worth the price of admission.

Thank you Rick, Ava and all who were involved in the making of this video. This is another home run from the folks at TotallyADD.

This video provides a fantatsic snapshot of both the concept AND the mechanics of Professional ADHD Coaching services provided by accredited individuals in the field.

In addition to Rick’s personal and delightfully cheeky style this content describes ADHD Coaching practices and processes through well edited interviews with A-List practioners. This video would be helpful for correctly diagnosed individuals (considering Coaching as an option) to watch BEFORE speaking with Coach candidates (or making a final decision on one).

For ADHD-ers: if you’re considering ADHD Coaching BUY THIS VIDEO! Money well spent on educating yourself prior to engaging multiple ADHD Coach candidates in conversation about what they do and how they do it (before you commit).

The cross section of ADHD Coaches interviewed is top notch and, although I’m sure “your mileage may vary” depending on individual chemistry and your commitment to their process, each Coach interviewed provides a good overview of the benefits you might expect.

For trusted ADHD stakeholders (e.g.: parents, partners, spouses): this video likely helpful for setting expectations on where, when and how ADHD Coaching might help relieve relationship strain and/or stimulate positive outcomes within a given relationship.

If there were specifics on ADHD Coach pricing or their hourly rates I might have missed it but THIS video is definitely great value and worth watching before you go ‘shopping’ for an ADHD Coach!
