Hi all, some great thoughts I think when you pick a spot you will have to give at least one year notice from jan to aug of the next year. so people can save some money and book holildays , any speakers would want a lot of time to plan. if the planing starts now the first one should take place in the summer of 2013, that would give you the time to put all things in place.
