Quizzical, I do that. Sometimes it’s just a word that starts with the same letter. Like North for Nothing or something like that. I usually don’t realize that I’ve made the substitution. I think it happens when I’m tired, but I have to pay attention and see if there’s a pattern to it. My attention is definitely not in gear when it happens, I am like a motormouth, so maybe I should just shut up and slow down (the last time I did that, I’d had double jaw surgery and couldn’t talk, just mumbled. I knew what I was saying but hardly anyone else did).
