Quiz….Has the nervousousness and tenseness gotten better? I’m thinking of Adderall, but I can tend to be jittery ie, biting hang nails and inside of mouth, foot going 90 mph. I’m worried that these will worsen if I start to take adderall. Please let me know. Thanks.
