It is very important to pick a task each day. Just one. Focus your energy on it and reward yourself at its completion. Try to do it in the morning and then the rest of the day will feel like a path of joy. Sometimes lists can get overwhelming particularly when you keep moving items from last days list to today’s and it never gets done but just reminds you of your troubles with ADHd.
