I think the frustration is often the timing of the behavioral and the medical agendas. I find that it is very important to establish a clear outcome that suggests that the meds are working. It’s not that the meds making the agenda, it is you but the meds make it happen because they should take the voice that says, “no, I’ll do it later” out of the picture. You could be having a dose related problem but, as I suggested, focus on just one behavior you want to change and pick the one that moves your life forward.
