Try Melatonin, to help you sleep. It’s the naturally-occurring substance that your brain uses to relax and fall asleep. If you’re not producing enough, that can be a problem. Melatonin is safe and fairly inexpensive, and is available in the vitamin aisle of most drug stores.
But, just to make sure it’s okay for you to take it, talk to your pharmacist first.
