YES, THE WEBSITE IS HAVING PROBLEMS!
Big ones and small ones!
Profound apologies to each of you from us. It will be fixed.
Clearly we didn’t appreciate all of the problems. Worse, we thought we’d had the ones we knew about fixed. But apparently not. We’re as frustrated as you. Ava has just contacted someone who can to the problems. Cause it’s not something we understand.
One reason the problems have been building is that we’ve been focused full time on delivering four videos to PBS, including a sequel to ADD & Loving it?! and three other videos, each 40 to 50 minutes long, that go into great depth on key topics. It’s been a huge undertaking and the results are going to be worth it.
As well, we have been working since March on transforming the website: More Features, more free videos. A way better store. And yes, we’re looking into adding features for the Forums. A number of talented and funny ADDers are working with us on new projects and features. And we’ve hired a great company called Cyberwalker to help revamp TotallyADD.com so it’s much easier to use, more intuitive, and includes some kind of advanced section for people who want courses, coaching, more webinars and live, interactive stuff with us and with experts.
And we’re also developing a ‘portal’ for you to be able to submit videos for ADHD Awareness Week.
Again, I apologize for the problems, and for being out of communication. In the meantime, please let us know what is not working or where there are problems.
