Now this is really… interesting. I’ve always heard the missing ingredient in ADD brains is dopamine. And, due to constant anxiety, I’ve always heard that ADDers often have HIGH levels of adrenalin(e) in the blood—levels so high they can lead to coronary heart disease.
Whew! So many theories. So many “experts.” It makes you just want to throw up your hands!
