anyone try it? I’m thinking of getting one.

for everything sorter i use mutable of the same app. when time is done it pops into the foreground and playing a wav file forcing you to deal with it before continuing (i use a stargate klaxons ring-tone (switching between SG-1and Atlantis) downloaded at:
i came to the 2 hours block by experimenting by having a friend come in and beak my focus at different intervals and then comparing notes on how i reacted with the interruption. the notes were focus amount, announce, and time back to focus.
i use a klaxon for the reason that the military spent years developing a annoying non-avoidable sound to use for all alerts get a AUTHENTIC NAVY ALARM SOUND go to:

It’s got three programmable alarms, which take seconds to program, a stop watch and a timer. It’s also got a glow in the dark feature, which is pretty damn sweet. I like it because it’s easy to reference because it is always right there. I move around a lot and having something as mobile as I am is handy. Plus it’s something I can use while teaching and the alarm is soft so I can notice it but it is not intrusive to my students.

Just wanted to tell you that The behavior website that you like has some new internet radio shows, she’s doing the “Dolls of Behavior” so each doll/cartoon character has a behavior. “Bite Me Barbie”,”Cussing Cookie Monster” and “Karate Ken” are particularly informative and entertaining. http://www.behaviordoctor.org
