My ADD coach has asked me to come up with affirmative thoughts that I can carry in my wallet and my iPhone. When I feel overwhelmed by the world I can take a time-out to read them and center myself. I think Dr J has covered these in his recent video, but I found some more I’d like to share. I’m going to add some of these to my resume.

    These are great.

Highly recommend doing this, but also taking it further. Don’t just recite them, bring to mind an example to remind yourself.

I know when I’m struggling and convinced I’m a failure… a common theme… it actually helps to pause and remind myself of things I’ve actually accomplished and finished and done. I am not a failure. I just have failures.

Same as we are not ADHD. We have it.

    By the way, ADDled,

I’d like to expand upon to what you said. Specifically that “We Rock.”

I strongly feel that a convincing case can be made to prove we also “Roll”
