Your advice sounds good. This is something I struggle with so I’ll try as you suggest.
Mollymolly – wow! You’re a better person than me. If I did what you describe that0early in the morning then I’d be a wreck by 8.00. But I love the idea of doing what you suggest. However it’s done, I think you’re right about establishing a routine on a morning and one that can’t slip.
