    Just wanted to follow up about my last post. The doubling had no effect. Switched to Vyvanse and it worked MUCH better for me. Much smoother transition, no real emotional effects. I find the meds have pros and cons. Efficiency and feeling like a machine vs. feeling like myself but not very accomplished. What to do?

    You can either raise the dose or top up (at the end of the cycle) with short acting methylphenidate to smoothe out the end.
