How do you know when your medications are working or not? I have tried many different medications and am on a combination of wellbutrin and cipralex but I don’t know if it is working properly or not? What is the data to tell? I am wondering if I should try Vyvnase. It seems like a viable option. Ritalin did not work, strattera did not work, concerta, etc.

Now, remember, first you have to establish the marker of how you want to determine medication effect. The series of videos tells you this. The meds are there to make the lifestyle changes happen. If you don’t first start by establishing the target symptom and how you will monitor it, you will be lost because you are waiting for something to happen subjectively. In most cases, that is not what happens. Still, it could be that your dose is not correct but without first establishing the target, how will you know when to stop?
