For me it’s greasy/spicy foods mostly. Plus if I miss probiotics or yogurt eating I’ll have a flare sometimes no matter what I eat. I’ve found that taking fish oil daily helps it to not flare as badly either, plus the episodes aren’t as severe or as long if I take that as well. Fish oil helps heal inflammation so that is probably the reason it works some. Sometimes I have no idea why I’ll have a problem and can’t quite determine what I ate that caused it. I’m not sensitive to wheat at all though.
