Oh, like a reminder tool? I never thought about that way.

I’ve thought about the voice recorder but still unsure with it. However, exercise does help and I’m planning on riding my bike if I can get back into school next semester. (Freaking aid)

I actually cannot take the extended release medication because it makes me really sleepy. However, I do have the generic medication of Ritolin and it works for about two hours so I try to cramp what I can into those two hours. Afterwards I put on some on Netflix like you. It has to be something I’ve seen over and over. Usually Ghost Adventures since Netflix doesn’t like to add on more than one season at a time.

I am with the disability center and a program called STEM-H but I only meet once a month with my mentor and she just graduated and I’m getting a new one if I can go back.

My only issue with timers is for some reason if I put one on I tend to hyper focus on what I’m doing and get super mad when the timer goes off and just keep with what I’m doing.

I think I will see about the recorder though.
