    Thanks for the feedback. Now the question is, what business to start, and whether to wait to get fired or quit. Thats a big decision. Looking for another job is an 8 hour/day job. Right now I think so hard at work than when I get home all I want to do is stare at the computer.

    Thanks for the feedback. I didn’t have much choice on this one. I was asked why I was having difficulty keeping up. To me ADD was the only answer. I see the brain just like any other organ, so saying I have ADD is no different to me than saying I have cancer. Its all biology. With this job, there is one unique characteristic- It wasn’t until after I had been there 2 years that I documented my ADD, so its not like doing so was a first resort. HR asked for my documentation and I gave it to them. That is true about HR. We can’t assume that we can tell them confidential information without it getting back to our boss.
