REPORT ABUSEI just deleted a spammer who may have been responsible for all these most recent spams. It seems to take just one day for Jimi to be off work for spammers to take hold. Jimi will be back tomorrow to do some serious spam cleanup!

Ending Premium Membership is a bold step for Rick and Ava to take but it has a positive feel to the direction we all want to be heading in. Premium Membership seemed to be splitting the website and Rick wants Totally ADD to be accessible for everyone at anytime in their lives no matter what they can afford. When times are tough for people they won’t be divided at Totally ADD, all members will now be able to be involved in everything Premium Membership offered. With people like you helping in any way they can Totally ADD will become a stronger more unified community.
REPORT ABUSESupport and friendship are a strong foundation for a support group. I think the correspondence above proves that people with ADD can definitely start a group for ADDers.
Remember, you’re not alone. You have our quirky little community here to give you a virtual hug and reassure you that things will get better (Larynxa)
Support and stories that are shared seem to give hope to others. I think ADDers are making a difference to other ADDers by listening to each others stories. Helping another person can change the direction of your own life. Yes…this is a quirky little community that makes a difference and I’m glad to be a part of it.

That’s a good idea, I will copy and paste what you wrote here and forward your idea to Andy and David so they will get it twice. We really appreciate any suggestions and ideas that can help us get rid of any lingering glitches. This is a good idea. Don’t hesitate to write me at Customer support if you have any other suggestions and ways to sort some of these issues out.

You Ava and Jimi have put your heart and sole into this website. I know as you know that I receive emails saying how you guys have changed peoples lives and relationships and that the support from Totally ADD has helped them take steps to understanding and learning more as well as build better relationships.
It’s hard to imagine that there’s not a huge team of people working away on this web site. These last few months I have been forwarding email after email to Jimi everyday with sign in problems, lost username problems and various little glitches that are slowly getting sorted out and he responds to ‘every single one’. No complaint goes unanswered when it comes through customersupport or gets reported, but when questions and complaints happen on the forum they are likely to go unanswered or unresolved as they may easily go unread. How can you, Jimi and Ava keep up with every single comment written on the forum . I think it’s often assumed there are a team of people up in your attic working away 24 hours a day, but unfortunately that’s not the way it is, although I doubt you would want a whole team of people living in your attic. It must be hard enough having Jimi in your attic as much as you do.
Rick, you are passionate about Totally ADD and you and Ava have been a treasure to work for so I felt moved to comment here rather then just individually to people writing in to customer support with concerns, problems, glitches or questions. I love you guys and am amazed at the amount of work you do. You guys seem to work around the clock and never do I hear you complain. I only see the concern and passion for making this a better website, for your concern that it needed to change so it could continue to grow. Not yet have you, Ava or Jimi written me complaining about the amount of work you are doing , all I see is the commitment, the over involvement at times, the concern you have for keeping Totally ADD ADHD friendly, helpful, entertaining, informative and above all a place that offers support.
You believed in Totally ADD from the beginning and it grew because of your desire to help others with ADHD. You understand the suffering and the other side of the humour you show, and you care. You may care too much at times but that’s why you haven’t given up and walked away from the work this involves. You could so easily have walked away from this and the site would be down, as it’s only you keeping Totally ADD alive. It had to grow and change or it would stagnate and dissolve due to lack of funding.
I was moved to respond to your comment Rick as I could feel the concern you have for all the members of Totally ADD and how difficult change can be. I think it’s good for everyone to understand that pretty much everything done on Totally ADD, the writing, the filming, the editing, the connecting is done by you, Ava and Jimi. That’s a lot of weight on you and Ava’s shoulders and I wanted you to know I think you guys are amazing and that at the end of the day I believe you have the support and trust from people that are following Totally ADD

P.S. It’s pretty much impossible for every forum comment to be read so if anyone has a complaint or question please write me at customersupport@totallyadd.com and if you have a technical problem please report the bug as Rick has asked.
This way we’ll be able to make Totally ADD what Rick and Ava believe it can be!
