It is really hard no matter what.
If you can reduce work hours that would be great.
Grief has a strong anxiety component so you may want to talk to your doctor. Even people without ADD go on antii-anxiety meds in situations such as yours.
Give yourself permission to laugh – it helps.

REPORT ABUSE@blackout- I know what you mean. Unfortunately I have several medical conditions that make exercise difficult. It is so hard to try and stay on a schedule when your body doesn’t work or is in too much pain.
For years I was able to get by with the bouts of hyper-focus. Didn’t know why I could do things sometimes and not others, of course.
I am trying to save for a recumbent bike that won’t take up too much room as I can’t drive to the Y due to a movement disorder.

When the weather was warmer I walked the cat twice a day. A little is better than none, I guess.
