Sometimes I Can Hyperfocus
There’s a term that’s used a lot now, “EXECUTIVE FUNCTION DISORDER.” I prefer it.
During talks I explain, “Imagine a car company with great workers. What do the executives do? Budget time and finances. Track progress. Establish routines. Check details. Coordinate, plan, and keep focused on priorities.”
That’s not really me.
