Yes, you are right – I need to just schedule an appointment and discuss it. Its certainly not right to keep on this way.

REPORT ABUSEI have had the same experience on Dexadrine and Concerta. My perception is that the medication is magnifying a tendancy to mouth fidgit. I guess rather than tapping toes, fidgiting on chairs some of us grind our teeth and suck on our tongues.
REPORT ABUSEI found my first week with Dexadrine to be a bit of a revelation. I could focus on conversations that didn’t interest me and get more done. The first day was wierd though – around noon when the med was at its peak my brain felt like it was litterally humming. It was disconcerting at first – it was like I was hyper aware. That didn’t repeat itself. I found myself getting used to the drug and upped my doseage. Then I developed a nasty mouth fidgiting habit and went to the Dr. to see about another med. On concerta now.
I did experience a lot of appetite suppression under Dexadrine. Not so much with concerta.
REPORT ABUSEI’m on 36. Started at 18. Noticed benefits at 18 but not as much as when I was on dexadrine so we upped it. Switched from dexadrine due to fouth fidgiting. Not as much mouth fidgiting initially with concerta, but its back to a similar level as the dexadrine. Probably need to re-evaluate with my Dr.
