I have started with a natrual based lozenge called Super Sleep by Webber natruals.

its working for me .

Hi Guys ,

I understand completly , ADD is so under the radar untill you know the difference then its like a sledge hammer .

Its what people deal with everyday but with us it can draging you down so quickly , it just take putting of one thing for me to plumet into dispair .

Going to the DOCs for check up and evaluation for increasing my dosesage next week . I have never seen him so much.

My wife see a big difference in me , which is good exercise is working to , power walked 18km last Saturday , i need to exercise.

Sleep is the one thing i can not control , whinny dog at 2.00am does not work for me , is there a natrual sleep aide out there .

I heard that Super sleep from webber natruals is good , does any body know if it good with Biphentin.

Am i rambling , sorry ..Its good to vent every now and then .

Hi Larynxa ,

I know its hard to get everything under control , life always tends throw you curve balls.

I did take a week long course on Dylexia and picked up some great tools , i will forward you a 3 stage phrase .

Yes , I am finally getting that way of thinking .

Its just whole list thing is the issue , but i am getting through it .

As you discussed earlier one thing at a time , and i am getting some better sleep which always helps.

Actually discussed this on the phone with my Mum in England , and it all kinda makes sense to her .

Well thats the thing , i have a lot off things on my plate , it is tough enough to launch a new product , and sort out the manufacturing all on your own .

i think money is the big thing , new web site , buying parts .

One thing at a time is not going to work , and i get over welmed , do not get me wrong since i started on Biphentin 20mg it is a lot better .

Not in the fetal position in the corner .lol

Any suggestion on organization .

well i am getting there , its funny though i am seeing a difference with my higher dosage .

It is just the way i get overwhelmed some times , it is just a wave comes over me and i am in the dumper .

Just got to keep to the list .

As we all know life gets in the way sometimes .

Yes i am seeing an improvement .

You know some thing are really intresting , just to start i am keeping the kitchen sink clean and clear , may sound a small thing but its nice to get up in the morning and see no plates ,pots and pans where they should not be .

The main thing about that is the fact that i am not cutting my self up for wanting to do them but just not getting to it..

Example i have been meaning to clean out the fridge , every time i opened the door it just pissed me off but i did do anything about it .

Sunday i said to my wife i am going to clean out the fridge, she weht off on a erund and i was going to tackle the fridge from hell .

I removed the food from the fridge and turned it off , at this time i would have had break , check the football score and golf standing .

But i did not i stuck with it and focused on the task at hand .

Wow it was all nice and sparkly clean and before she got home .

The main problem i am having is longest list in the world that is in my brain , the list that i need to go back to the very begining and complete every little thing that stared and did not finish to the best of my abilities .

That is a long long depressing list.

Any ideas anybody

Clives update,

Meet with doctor yesterday , BP good 130/80.

No shakes , pulse rate good .

He put my dosage up to 20mg Biphentin , the smoke is clearing , what an intresting sense .

Dr J , took my pill at 8.30. meeting at 9.00 , found my self looking out the window had to drag my self back .

How long does it take to get in the system and start working .

What an intresting journey .

My GP is complete virgin as far as adult ADD is concerned .

In your experience what is the average dosage , i am going through a very slow process of elimination , i am taking Biphentin .

Does body size have any bearing on dosage .
