It sounds to me as this doctor can’t or not allowed to prescribe a schedule 2 drug.July 17, 2012 at 5:36 am in reply to: very urgent regarding methylphidate dose Dr Jain Pls reply #114601Deep:
Sadona is correct in requesting you ask your own doctor.. Your doctor has all the necessary history file on you and would be in a better position to assist you..
REPORT ABUSEJen:
I have had similar results with different manufactures of generic medication in the same class..
Guessing although the chemical is the same the binder isn’t from one manufacture to the other..
I would request from your pharmacist that they give you the one that suits you better, in this case the white colored..
Make sure you asked who manufactures the one that works better this way you know in case you change pharmacy..
REPORT ABUSEalthough i agree with toofat.. scattybird brings up a good point ‘ don’t know your circumstances ‘ .. i for one; ask that you define rage?
i’ve conversed with many whom confused rage with upset or angry, not to say this is you.. a more elaborate explanation ” for me” is necessary to give a competent response or opinion.. i look forward to your next post..
best of luck

REPORT ABUSEWe already chatted about the flipped finger and we gone thru that already and protocol camera in parking lot..
There is no gross misconduct that I can see and the manager has no pull whatsoever..I will go out on a limp and say you didn’t get fired for the flipped finger but a compilation of other factors..
I have dealt with Walmart previously, you need to do whatever you are going to do quickly.. I hope you are writing everything down…
If Walmart is refusing to show evidence why or how you got fired; I am now going to recommend you contact
U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission http://www.eeoc.gov/
REPORT ABUSEADHD_GA:
May I suggest you contact Bentonville, Arkansas Walmart’s Corporate office .. Just call the local number 1-800-925-6278..
479-273-4000 Explain the problem you are having and what you had been told and the new outcome..
Here is another site you might wish to visit- http://www.walmartethics.com/home.aspx
Have you asked for your letter of recommendation yet?
Request if you have not done so already; a letter explaining this ‘gross misconduct’ on Walmart letterhead..
I would record the conversation without the manager knowing you are doing so, just so you don’t forget what he told you later..
Why would you appeal the ‘gross misconduct’ on the basis of your ADHD when you have no idea what type of misconduct it is, or do you? If you do know, then disregard..
You are being given the runaround.. Do not get upset as this is what they wish for you to do..
Never give personal information to an employer, specially when they are not on your side as it seems.. A just I am ADHD
is sufficient.. If Walmart sees you as a liability you will not be given any position..
I would also contact the the Georgia bar – http://www.gabar.org/contact_the_bar/ explain to them your circumstances and that you need help..

REPORT ABUSE@ADHD_GA:
When one is terminated/fired from a company there is always a reason for this action.. I would curtail the information you share with the department manager to the basics.. Example; don’t say your medication wasn’t working before and now it is…
When Walmart told you the tape is ‘inconclusive’ then they either fired you for having ADHD and/or the customers word over yours or both.. Assuming the store manager or whomever terminated you was happy with your performance prior to this incident..
It would be a disservice to you and the company not to know why you got fired..In fact, they should of told you and shown evidence on their decision..
If someone along the lines made an error on your termination; it would make sense to bring you back rather then get sued..
It’s possible there are other reasons for your firing that you nor I can imagine at this point.. This is why you should have known or told by your superiors.. What state are you in, assuming you are in the United States… –foogol
ps; always make it a point to put you’re ADHD on your employment application..
REPORT ABUSE@fortheloveofcats:
The active ingredient is the same but the binder is not, and one of lower quality.. As per active ingredient, quality and manufacture, that too depends as well.. I don’t see why your doctor would change to generic unless it was cost effective for you….–foogol
